In the video below I talk about Veganism & how it is not the only option heal Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease.

There are a lot of health authors and ‘specialists’ out there who claim in a very unforgiving way that you need to be vegan to heal from ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s Disease.

There are also a lot of people out there who believe that Jesus Christ is the third most famous American.

Hmm.

Lots of people have read Dr. Klein’s book, Self Healing Colitis & Crohn’s. This is a good thing.

They now extoll this as the ONLY option for healing ulcerative colitis & Crohn’s. This is a bad thing.

What’s My Experience?

I can tell you from personal experience, my clients’ experience, and many others’ experience, that there are a number of ways you can heal from these conditions.

A couple of examples for you to do your own due diligence are Jini Patel & Mike The Heal Your Gut Guy. Google them.

The fact is, I have worked with a lot of people who have tried the vegan healing diet, and have been met with limited or even no success. On top of this, the diet has caused a host of other issues for them along the way including:

  • Skin problems
  • Memory problems
  • Mood problems
  • Increased pain & bloating
  • And others

Now I am NOT saying that you should discount what you hear about the vegan way of healing ulcerative colitis & Crohn’s, but I AM saying that you have to do what works for YOUR body.

You have different gut bugs to other people.

You have different genetics to other people.

You have different beliefs to other people.

There are a lot of ways in which you are different to others, so why should something that works for someone else also work for you?

It might not – and you shouldn’t be surprised or upset about it.

If you’ve tried a bunch of things and you’re still struggling to crack the code, get in touch with me HERE and we can talk about it.
